Amsterdam Oud-West / city center

Breathwork guided by Ebru · Live sound healing by Agata
Part of the Monday Sound Sessions by Agata Wholistic Touch

An evening of breath, movement and sound to reconnect with your body, explore what lies beneath the surface and make space for whatever is present.
Join Ebru and Agata for a guided journey combining shamanic breathwork, bioenergetic movement and sound healing.
The Breathwork Journey with Ebru
We begin with movement and bioenergetic exercises to bring awareness into the body and prepare for the breathwork.
Through conscious, connected breathing and guided breath holds, Ebru will guide you through different energy centres of the body, from the pelvis and belly to the heart and chest. The practice invites you to notice patterns of tension, reconnect with your sensations and explore what you may have been holding beneath the surface.
Breathwork can sometimes bring up strong physical sensations or emotions. There is no need to push or force anything. You are encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace throughout the practice.
The Sound Journey with Agata
Sound will accompany and complement the breathwork journey, with singing bowls, gong and other instruments creating space to pause, listen and settle into your experience.
The combination of breath and sound invites you to step away from the constant activity of the mind, reconnect with your body and allow space for rest and integration.
An Evening to Turn Inward
The Full Moon offers a natural moment to pause and reflect. This evening is an invitation to slow down, become curious about what is happening within you and give yourself time away from everyday demands.
You don’t need any previous experience with breathwork or sound healing. Come as you are, stay curious and let your own experience unfold.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing and a willingness to give yourself this time.
We look forward to welcoming you.

What to expect
The session begins with an introduction and guided movement before moving into the breathwork journey, accompanied by sound. You will spend part of the session moving and breathing, and part lying comfortably on a mat.
The experience can be deeply relaxing, but it may also feel intense or dynamic at times. Physical sensations and emotions can arise, and every person experiences the practice differently.
The final part of the session offers time for quiet and integration, allowing you to rest and settle before returning to your evening.

Agata’s Musical Journey
“In my soul, I have always been a musician and an artist. Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It is my second skin that I breathe and dream. Music is my personal language and my medicine. Thanks to my shaman teachers from Portugal, I have learned how to guide others and help them connect to their inner selves through music.”
