    AUTUMN MEDICINE RETREAT
    25-29 November ’26
    Wilkanów, Lower Silesia, Poland

Plant medicine • ritual • TranceDance • sound • sauna

Five days of ceremony, embodied practice, shared ritual, sauna and unhurried integration in the Polish mountains. Held by Wen-Wei Ong of Rest2Flow and me.

Autumn Medicine Retreat, 25 to 29 November 2026, Poland

A retreat for coming back to what matters

Autumn is a time of turning inward. The days get shorter, the land slows down, and it becomes easier to hear what has been waiting for attention.

For five days we gather in the quiet of the Polish mountains for ceremony, body-based practice, reflection and shared ritual. It is a chance to step out of your daily routine, listen to what needs your attention, and make room for what wants to be met, released or remembered.

Through guided meditation and yin, careful work with plant medicine, time in nature and the sauna, sound healing, storytelling and a well-held group space, we explore the place where body, heart, personal story and intention meet.

Wen-Wei and I have both been doing this work for many years. We keep the group small and mixed-gender, and we hold the days with care so there is room for deep personal work, reflection and integration. The retreat is held in English.

What runs through the five days

    Plant medicine ceremony
A ceremony with psilocybin truffles, held with care in a safe and well-prepared space. Live music carries the whole ceremony: bowls, drum, voice and gong. Before your place is confirmed you fill in an intake form and have a short conversation with one of us. That conversation is where you can ask anything and where we get to understand your intention.

    Cacao and Ritual TranceDance
A blindfolded, guided movement practice with music, breath and intention. With your eyes covered, the outside world goes quiet and attention turns inward, to the body and its own wisdom. It is like meditation, but through the senses: rhythm, movement, sound and the intelligence of the body. Ceremonial cacao supports the evening for those who choose it, after intake and conversation. Afterwards there is time for a shared meal, rest and integration.

    Morning meditation
Each day starts in stillness, with a guided meditation to arrive in the body and tune in before the day gathers pace. A quiet foundation and a gentle way to wake up.

    Ritual, reflection and sharing circles
Ritual gives form to what is hard to name. Small symbolic acts, intention and marking are woven through the days, in response to the group and the land. Nothing is required to be believed. Reflection gives you space to pause and listen to what sits under the first story, through gentle inquiry, journaling and silence.

Sharing circles remind us that we do not have to do this alone. You can speak, pass or listen. No perfect story or breakthrough is required. Being seen and received in a safe, carefully held group deepens the connection with yourself, with others and with what is unfolding in you.

Evening restorative yin, storytelling and live music
When the evening comes we gather for restorative yin, stories and live music. The body is invited to soften after the day, while myth, image and story offer a different language for what may not have words yet. Long before therapy existed, there was the medicine of story. In the slower rhythm of the evening the deeper threads of the retreat can settle and find their place in you.

Nature, sauna, hot tub and spa integration
There is time to go outside, walk, rest, be quiet and let the autumn landscape hold you for a while. Nature asks nothing of us. The house has a sauna, a hot tub and a fireplace, for warmth and simple care of the body between the deeper practices.

On Saturday there is an optional visit to Zdrój Wojciech, a mineral spa in nearby Lądek-Zdrój, with thermal waters, mineral pools and treatments. We share the spa information and booking details and help you arrange appointments if you do not speak Polish. Entry and treatments are paid separately.

    WHO HOLDS THE RETREAT

    Agata

    Agata
    Ceremony guide, live sound medicine
I am a sound therapist, medicine woman, Ayurvedic massage therapist and Touch and Awareness facilitator, and the founder of Agata Wholistic Touch. I live in Amsterdam and stay closely connected to Wrocław, where I come from. After several years of shamanic training I work with voice, body and sound: crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, drums, voice and live music in sound baths, cacao and truffle ceremonies, and retreats.

“At heart I have always been a musician and an artist. Music has been in my life for as long as I can remember. It is my second skin, the one I breathe and dream in. It is my own language and my medicine. Thanks to my shaman teachers from Portugal, Maria and Catarina, I learned over the years how to guide others and help them meet their inner self through music.”

Wen-Wei is the founder of Rest2Flow, an integrative therapist and ritual guide based in Amsterdam. For over a decade she has held therapeutic spaces, retreats, ceremonial gatherings and individual sessions, drawing on body-based work, Compassionate Inquiry, ritual and cyclical wisdom.

Her approach brings together somatic, therapeutic and shamanic practice with depth psychology, hypnotherapeutic guidance, restorative and yin movement, voice, sound, storytelling and carefully held ritual.

Wen-Wei creates spaces where people can slow down, listen to what lies under the noise and demands of daily life, and tend to what needs attention with more honesty and care. Her work is not about fixing people, forcing catharsis or escaping reality. It is an invitation to embodiment, meaning, deeper contact with yourself and integration.
