1. Service-Specific Voucher
This voucher is issued for participation in a specific type of session (e.g. Sound Bath session) and is not a general gift card or monetary credit.
It is valid only for the services explicitly described at the time of purchase.
2. Validity Period
The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
The expiration date is clearly indicated on the voucher.
After the expiration date, the voucher is no longer redeemable.
3. No Cash Value
Vouchers:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be partially redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be converted into monetary credit.
4. Non-Transferable
Vouchers are personal and may not be resold.
5. Minimum Participant Requirement
Sound Bath sessions require a minimum number of participants in order to take place.
If the minimum number is not reached:
- The session may be rescheduled.
- This does not extend the original voucher validity automatically.
6. Extensions
Extensions are not guaranteed and may be granted once only, at the discretion of the organizer.
Any granted extension does not create a right to future extensions.
7. Cancellation by Organizer
If a session is cancelled by the organizer due to illness or insufficient participants:
- A new date may be offered within the original validity period.
- If no suitable date is available within the validity period, the organizer may offer an alternative solution at their discretion.
8. Legal Clarification
This voucher is issued for a specific service with defined conditions and validity.
It is not a general-purpose gift card within the meaning of Article 6:236g of the Dutch Civil Code.
