My retreats are several days away from the city with a small group. The days have a rhythm: morning practice, time in nature, a ceremony or sound bath, and a long shared meal.
Each retreat has its own focus, but the elements are the same: cacao, sound, massage, breath, and time to rest. I cook, or work with someone who does, so the food is simple and nourishing.
