Description
Sound Practitioners Meet Up
Wednesday 18th February
11:30-13:30 Amsterdam West
We have so many skilled and passionate sound practitioners around.
And yet, many of us work quite alone.
This gathering is an invitation to shift that a little.
Not a networking event.
Not a space to promote or compare.
Just a moment to meet each other as practitioners – humans behind the instruments.
We’ll come together to listen, share experiences, talk honestly about challenges, and explore how we might support each other rather than compete.
Whether you’ve been practicing for years or are still finding your rhythm, you’re warmly welcome.
There is only requirement: you already work in sound healing field.
(If you are interested in becoming a Sound Practitioner you are welcome to join a Sound Healing Practitioner Training Level 1 [details here])
The intention is simple: connection, exchange, and community.
If this resonates, we’d love to have you.
There’s no need to explain or justify your work here. You belong simply because you practice sound.

Practical details
The gathering will last around 2 hours and is intentionally kept small to support a safe, grounded atmosphere.
For those who can stay, after the meet up we will have a 30 min tea & mingle.
A small *contribution of €10 is requested to cover the space rental and some simple shared snacks.
This helps keep the gathering independent, non-commercial, and held with shared responsibility.
If the contribution is a barrier, you’re welcome to reach out privately.
For this first gathering, we’re meeting on a Wednesday afternoon. Future gatherings may rotate days based on the group’s needs.
Location: Yoga Circle, De Clercqstraat 66-68 Amsterdam
The intention is simple: connection, honesty, and community.
Let’s see what becomes possible when we practice resonance – not competition.

1. We are not here to compete
There is space for everyone’s work. Different approaches can coexist.
2. No promotion, no hierarchy
This is not a space to sell, pitch, or position ourselves as “better.”
We meet as equals.
3. Experience over expertise
We value lived experience as much as training or technique.
4. Confidentiality & respect
What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle.
5. Curiosity instead of comparison
We listen to understand, not to measure ourselves against others.
6. Collaboration is optional, connection is central
Nothing needs to come out of this – except feeling less alone.
We let the field grow naturally, without forcing outcomes.
*Contribution & Cancellation
As this is a small, intentionally held gathering, the €10 contribution is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
This helps us cover space costs and hold the gathering responsibly.
If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to pass your spot on to another sound practitioner with a short notice to us.
Your place is confirmed once the contribution is received.

About Agata
Agata is a passionate musician, sound therapist and artist, with a deep connection to music that has been a part of her life from the very beginning. Music is her second skin – it’s a language she speaks and a source of personal transformation. Her journey in performance began at just four years old. Between the ages of 7 and 18, Agata honed her vocal skills through private training with expert vocal coaches.
Through her exploration of shamanism, Agata uncovered the profound healing potential of sound, vibrations, and intention. She believes that music has the power to shift moods, regulate the nervous system, evoke cherished memories, and even help heal emotional wounds. For Agata, music is not just art-it’s a powerful form of medicine.
Since 2019, Agata has been guiding transformative sound bath sessions. With hundreds of group and one-on-one sessions held across the Netherlands, Poland, France, Germany, and Portugal, she has helped countless individuals experience the healing power of sound. In 2022, Agata became an accredited sound therapist, having trained under the guidance of Stacey Griffin from Shift Meditation.
