Medicinal Mushroom Cacao Heart Blend | Functional Mix | Microdose.nl

Once a month, Friday Deep Dive offers a longer and more immersive experience than a regular sound bath.

This edition combines a carefully guided microdosing experience with live sound healing, meditation and intentional periods of silence. The session is designed as a spacious invitation to slow down, become more present and explore your inner experience through sound and embodied awareness.

Rather than seeking an intense or altered state, the emphasis is on subtlety, presence and awareness.

You will be guided through the experience by Agata, with live instruments and voice creating an evolving soundscape around you. Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes and other instruments are used intuitively throughout the journey, with moments of silence and guided meditation woven into the experience.

You don’t need to analyse anything or achieve a particular state. You are invited to listen, notice and allow yourself to experience what is there.

    What is Microdosing?

Microdosing refers to taking a very small amount of a psychoactive substance, intended to remain below the threshold of a noticeable psychedelic or intoxicating effect.

People may choose microdosing as a way of exploring subtle changes in their attention, perception, mood or relationship to their surroundings. Experiences vary considerably from person to person, and there is no particular effect that you should expect or try to achieve.

Microdosing is not about escaping reality. In this experience, the emphasis is on becoming more attentive to it.

    Why combine microdosing with sound?

Sound gives you something tangible to come back to.

As you lie comfortably and listen to live instruments, your attention can move away from the constant stream of thoughts and towards sensation, sound, breath and the present moment.

The combination of microdosing, live sound and periods of silence creates an opportunity for a more attentive and sensory experience without requiring you to talk, analyse or perform.

The sound journey is deliberately spacious. There are moments of intensity and moments of quiet, allowing you to notice how your experience changes throughout the session.

    What to expect

The evening unfolds gradually rather than following a rigid schedule.

    You can expect:

    Friday Deep Dive

Friday Deep Dive is a monthly series of extended, immersive experiences by Agata Wholistic Touch.

Each month explores a different way of slowing down and connecting with yourself through sound, sensory experience, meditation and intentional presence.

Some editions focus on microdosing and sound healing. Others combine ceremonial cacao with sound and meditation.

Every experience is different but each gives you two hours to step away from the usual pace of life and go a little deeper.

    FAQ

    Is this a psychedelic ceremony?

    No.

This is a guided sound healing and meditation experience with an optional microdosing element.

The intention is not to induce an intense psychedelic experience or to create a loss of control. The focus is on grounding, awareness, listening and presence.

    Do I have to microdose?

    No.

Microdosing is optional. You are welcome to attend the sound healing experience without microdosing and participate fully in the meditation, sound journey and periods of silence.

If you choose not to microdose, nothing about your participation in the sound bath needs to change.

Will I feel high or out of control?

Microdosing is generally intended to involve an amount below the threshold of a noticeable psychedelic effect. However, individual responses can vary, and no experience can be guaranteed to be completely predictable.

This is why informed choice and personal responsibility are important.

You are always welcome to participate in the sound journey without microdosing.

    Is microdosing safe?

Psychoactive substances can affect people differently and may carry risks, including interactions with medications or existing health conditions.

This experience does not provide medical advice or guarantee that microdosing is safe or appropriate for you.

Please inform yourself independently and make your own responsible decision about whether microdosing is appropriate for you.

If you are unsure, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.

    What should I bring?

Come in comfortable clothes that allow you to lie down for an extended period.

You may also want to bring:

    • a water bottle
    • a blanket or warm layer
    • an eye mask
    • a journal, if you like to write afterwards

Most importantly, bring curiosity and give yourself permission not to have a particular experience.

This experience is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and explore the subtle layers of awareness through sound, silence, and conscious presence.
