Making Waves is a playful, interactive sound experience where children and parents explore music, rhythm, movement and creativity together.
Designed for children aged 4–12, these sessions combine live instruments, vocal activities, guided movement, simple rhythm games and calming sound moments in a way that feels fun, expressive and engaging – without pressure to perform.
Children are invited to move freely, experiment with sound, use their imagination and connect through play in a supportive and welcoming environment.
For parents with kids aged 4 – 12. Siblings in different age are welcome!
Each session blends:
- interactive music making
- movement and rhythm games
- creative sound exploration
- voice and body percussion
- moments of calm listening and relaxation
- family connection through shared experience
Unlike structured music lessons, Making Waves focuses on participation, curiosity and creativity.
There is no “right way” to join – children can explore in their own way and at their own pace.

What happens during a session
Each gathering follows a simple flow designed for children’s natural energy and attention span:
Arrival & Exploration
Children are welcomed into a playful sound space with instruments and sensory elements to discover.
Rhythm & Movement
We explore rhythm through movement games, body percussion, dancing, shaking and simple guided activities.
Creative Sound Play
Children experiment with drums, rattles, chimes and other instruments while learning to listen, respond and create together.
Sound & Rest
The session gradually slows down with softer sounds and calming live music, creating space to relax and reset.
Closing Circle
We finish together with a final group sound, reflection moment or shared musical activity.

If this is your first time…
If you’re wondering whether your child will enjoy it – you’re not alone.
Many parents come to Making Waves for the first time thinking:
“Will my child join in?”
“What if they’re shy?”
“What if they can’t sit still?”
“What if they just want to watch?”
This space is created with all of that in mind.
There is no pressure for children to participate in a certain way.
There is no expectation to perform, focus perfectly, or “get it right”.
Children are free to:
- move around the space
- explore instruments at their own pace
- join activities when they feel ready
- take breaks and come back in
- be playful, curious, quiet or energetic
Everything is welcome here.
Making Waves is not about creating perfect behaviour or structured outcomes. It is about experiencing music, movement and creativity together in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Some children jump in immediately.
Others take time to observe first.
Both are completely okay.
Even simply listening, watching or being in the space can be part of the experience.
You do not need any musical experience.
You do not need to prepare anything.
Just come as you are.
About Agata

Agata is a sound practitioner and holistic facilitator working with sound, breath, and nervous system regulation to support deep rest, connection, and emotional balance.
Her work has focused primarily on adult sound journeys and one-to-one holistic sessions, where she guides people into deep states of relaxation through sound and presence.
Over time, children have naturally been part of some of her sessions, giving her direct experience in holding sound spaces where different ages are present together. These experiences revealed a clear interest in creating a more intentional and structured space for parents and young children.
Little Waves is the first dedicated series she is creating specifically for this purpose.
Rather than separating parent and child experiences, the focus is on shared regulation—where both can settle, explore, and connect in a safe and supportive environment.
Each session is guided with care and flexibility, responding to the group in the moment rather than following a rigid format. The intention is simple: to create a space where families can slow down together and experience sound in a natural, accessible way.
Cancellation Policy
