A gentle sensory space for bonding, regulation, and deep presence between parent and child.
A slow, immersive sound and touch experience designed to support early connection, soothe the nervous system, and create moments of calm together.
For parents with babies and toddlers aged 0–4.
Little Waves is a guided sound and sensory session created for the earliest stage of life – when everything is felt, absorbed, and remembered through the body.
Each session blends:
- live sound (voice, instruments, resonance)
- gentle movement and holding
- sensory grounding for both parent and child
- moments of shared stillness and connection
This is not structured play.
This is not stimulation.
It is a return to presence.

What happens in a session
Each gathering follows a simple, gentle arc:
Arrival & settling
We begin by arriving slowly – allowing babies and parents to regulate into the space.
Sound immersion
Live sound is introduced gradually, supporting relaxation, attention, and co-regulation.
Sensory connection
Parents are guided through gentle touch, holding, and movement practices that support bonding and grounding.
Integration & closing
We close in softness, allowing space for rest, feeding, or quiet connection.

What this supports
For babies:
- nervous system regulation
- sensory integration
- calm awareness of sound and presence
- co-regulation with caregiver
For parents:
- deeper bonding and attunement
- nervous system down-regulation
- emotional presence and slowing down
- relief from overstimulation
What to expect:
- Exploration of simple, safe sound instruments
- Soft movement and calming sensory play
- Short moments of guided relaxation
- A supportive, non-judgmental space
Children are free to engage in their own way—whether through play, observation, or rest. Parents remain present throughout, creating a shared experience of co-regulation and connection.

About Agata

Agata is a sound practitioner and holistic facilitator working with sound, breath, and nervous system regulation to support deep rest, connection, and emotional balance.
Her work has focused primarily on adult sound journeys and one-to-one holistic sessions, where she guides people into deep states of relaxation through sound and presence.
Over time, children have naturally been part of some of her sessions, giving her direct experience in holding sound spaces where different ages are present together. These experiences revealed a clear interest in creating a more intentional and structured space for parents and young children.
Little Waves is the first dedicated series she is creating specifically for this purpose.
Rather than separating parent and child experiences, the focus is on shared regulation—where both can settle, explore, and connect in a safe and supportive environment.
Each session is guided with care and flexibility, responding to the group in the moment rather than following a rigid format. The intention is simple: to create a space where families can slow down together and experience sound in a natural, accessible way.
Cancellation Policy
Little Waves sessions are held in small, carefully curated groups, and each place is reserved in advance.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the session can be rescheduled to another available date.
Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
I understand that with babies and young children unexpected situations can arise – in case of sudden illness, please reach out. Where possible, I offer a one-time transfer to another session.
Missed sessions or same-day cancellations cannot be rescheduled.
You are welcome to transfer your place to another parent if you’re unable to attend.
Thank you for respecting the space and commitment of the group.
