A sound bath is ninety minutes of lying down and listening. I play crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drum, chimes and my voice, moving around the room so the sound reaches you from different sides.
You do not have to do anything. Most people drift between sleep and waking. Some see colours, some cry, some simply feel their shoulders drop for the first time in a while.
Bring a blanket and something comfortable to lie on if you have it. Mats, cushions and eye pillows are available. Arrive ten minutes early so we can start quietly.
This edition falls on the new moon, a good moment to set an intention for the weeks ahead. We take a minute for that before the first bowl.
