This is a day-long ceremony with psilocybin truffles, legal in the Netherlands, held in a small group. I prepare everyone beforehand with a call, and we start the day with intention setting and cacao before the truffles.
While the medicine works I play live: bowls, drum, voice and gongs. There is space to lie down, to move, to cry and to laugh. I stay present the whole time, together with an assistant for larger groups.
We close with a sharing circle and a warm meal. A week later we meet online to talk about what came up and how to bring it into daily life. The integration circles are open to anyone who has worked with psychedelics, with me or elsewhere.
