Draft for review. Last updated 13 October 2026. These terms apply to everything you book or buy from Agata Wholistic Touch: treatments, sound baths, ceremonies, trainings, retreats, vouchers and products in the shop.
1. Who you are dealing with
Agata Wholistic Touch, Agata Malczewska, Van Spilbergenstraat 46-1, 1057 RJ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. KvK 80985149, VAT NL003513288B56, hello@agata-wholistic-touch.com. Dutch law applies, and the court in Amsterdam is competent if we cannot settle something ourselves.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when you receive my confirmation email, and for events and ceremonies when the payment has arrived. Prices include VAT. Payments in the shop go through Pay.nl. Treatment bookings go through my booking tool; you pay at the practice or in advance as stated in the confirmation.
3. Right of withdrawal for online bookings
When you book online you have 14 days to change your mind without giving a reason, as Dutch consumer law provides. Two exceptions apply, and I tell you about them before you pay: a service with a fixed date (a session, event, ceremony, training day or retreat) that takes place within those 14 days, and a service that has already been delivered with your agreement. In those cases the cancellation conditions below apply instead. To withdraw, send an email with your order number.
4. Cancelling and rescheduling
I prepare every session personally, and a place that is cancelled late usually stays empty. These conditions are the same for everyone.

If I have to cancel, because of illness, too few participants or circumstances outside my control, you choose between a new date and a full refund. Private sessions and corporate bookings have their own conditions in the quote.
5. Vouchers
A voucher is for the session type it names, is valid for 3 months from purchase unless the voucher says otherwise, cannot be exchanged for money, and is personal. If a session needs a minimum number of participants and does not go ahead, I offer another date; the voucher’s validity is extended to cover it. The full voucher conditions are on the voucher page.
6. Your health and your responsibility
What I offer supports wellbeing. It is not medical treatment and does not replace a doctor, therapist or medication. Tell me before a session about health conditions, pregnancy, medication, recent surgery and anything else that matters; I decide together with you whether a session is suitable, and I may decline or adapt it. Sound baths are not suitable with a pacemaker without your doctor’s agreement, or in the first trimester of pregnancy. You stay responsible for your own wellbeing during and after a session.
7. Ceremonies with psilocybin truffles and microdosing
Fresh psilocybin truffles are legal in the Netherlands. Taking them is your own decision and at your own risk. You must be 18 or older, complete my intake and the preparation call honestly, and tell me about psychiatric history and medication; some combinations are dangerous, and I will refuse participation when I think it is unsafe. Do not drive after a ceremony. I hold the space and stay present, but I am not a medical professional and the ceremony is not therapy.
8. Shop products
For physical products you have the normal 14-day right of return after delivery; return costs are yours unless the item is wrong or damaged. I refund within 14 days of receiving the item back. Digital products and gift vouchers that have been used cannot be returned.
9. Liability
I am insured and I work carefully. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session or product concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit, for example for damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence.
10. Photos, recordings and your data
I do not photograph or record sessions without asking. How I handle your personal data is in the privacy policy.
11. Complaints and changes
If something was not right, tell me; I answer within two weeks and I would rather fix it than argue about it. As a consumer in the EU you can also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). I may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your booking applies.
