According to Ayurveda, the optimal time for detox is during the fall and spring seasons. We understand that embarking on a detox journey on your own can be challenging, that’s why we created the healthy lifestyle course as a supportive group experience to guide you through it.

Over the course of a week, you’ll receive:
  • Delicious, easy-to-follow Ayurvedic recipes
  • 4 x daily morning online meetings with guided meditation with access to them for the next 7 days after the program is over
  • 1 x morning yoga class with a yoga teacher with +15 years of experience
  • 2 x meetings for opening and closing the week’s challenge
  • Access to a private group on Facebook where you will have full access to the recepis, online classes and meetings.
    This is also a space for sharing your experience and connect with others on the same journey.

Joining them is Dorota (Agata’s sister), skilled yoga teacher with 15+ years of experience, who will lead you through revitalizing yoga session designed to complement the detox process.
Together, they will provide a holistic approach to help you cleanse, rejuvenate, and restore your body and mind.

 

Agata

As an Ayurvedic ​practitioner, ​sound therapist and medicine woman she brings a wealth of experience and ​compassion to her work. Founder of Agata ​Wholistic Touch, a sanctuary for body and mind, ​she has trained extensively in Ayurvedic traditions, ​integrating holistic body and mind approach.

Based in Amsterdam, Agata offers Ayurvedic treatments and consultations workshops on ​voice connection, sound baths, and various ​ceremonies, including cacao and magic truffles.

Her unique approach helps individuals connect with ​their inner selves through the transformative power ​of Ayurveda, music and shamanism.

Dorota, Agata’s sister, has been dedicated to yoga ​for over 15 years, constantly evolving her unique ​style and approach. She focuses on helping ​students progress safely and sustainably, ​incorporating various styles such as Vinyasa, Power ​Yoga, and Functional Yoga in her classes.

She also leads relaxation and meditation sessions, ​along with numerous outdoor yoga workshops.

Dorota finds fulfillment and joy in yoga, making it ​her life’s anchor.

She continues to deepen her expertise through ​various courses and workshops. She holds ​postgraduate qualifications in Psychosomatic Yoga ​Practices and Relaxation Techniques from the ​Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław and is a ​certified Physical Recreation Instructor specializing ​in Hatha Yoga.
