All-Night Sound Bath Puja
Saturday 26th October,
21:00 – 6:00
Amsterdam West

A Sacred Journey Through Sound and Meditation

Join us for a transformative All-Night Sound Bath Puja — a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in continuous sound and vibration for 5 hours. This experience blends crystal and Tibetan bowls with other harmonious instruments, creating a serene environment for deep meditation and self-healing.

As you sleep or meditate, the soothing sounds will guide you towards inner peace, helping you release stagnant energies and outdated thought patterns. The resonant tones of the gongs and bowls may induce vivid visions and profound healing, with the possibility of experiencing either a vibrant, dream-filled night or a deep, restful slumber.

Throughout the night, the complex overtones of the bowls will blur the line between wakefulness and sleep, offering a liberating and immersive experience. The benefits of the Sound Bath Puja may continue to resonate for days after the event, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.

Evening Schedule (timings are approximate and may extend slightly):

  • 21:00-22:00 – Arrival
  • 22:00-23:00 – Opening circle & introduction
  • 23:00- 4:00 a.m. – Sound Bath Puja
  • 4:00 – 5:00 a.m. – Integration with silence
  • 5:00 – 6:00 a.m. morning tea & snacks
