SUMMARY:Little Waves - Sound Sensory for Parents and Babies 0-4
DESCRIPTION:Little Waves is a daytime session for parents with babies and toddlers up to four years old. The bowls are played softly and close to the floor\, so the little ones can crawl\, feed\, sleep or listen. \n\n\n\nThere is no programme to follow. Come in\, settle on a mat with your child\, and rest for an hour while I play. Parents often tell me it is the first time in weeks they have sat still. \n\n\n\nPrams fit inside\, there is space to change nappies\, and leaving early is fine. \n\n\n\nMore about Little Waves.

SUMMARY:Daybreak Harmony Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:A sound bath is ninety minutes of lying down and listening. I play crystal and Himalayan singing bowls\, gongs\, drum\, chimes and my voice\, moving around the room so the sound reaches you from different sides. \n\n\n\nYou do not have to do anything. Most people drift between sleep and waking. Some see colours\, some cry\, some simply feel their shoulders drop for the first time in a while. \n\n\n\nBring a blanket and something comfortable to lie on if you have it. Mats\, cushions and eye pillows are available. Arrive ten minutes early so we can start quietly. \n\n\n\nRead what a sound bath with me is like.
