SUMMARY:New Year Reset - Sound Journey - with Crystal Bowls
DESCRIPTION:A sound bath is ninety minutes of lying down and listening. I play crystal and Himalayan singing bowls\, gongs\, drum\, chimes and my voice\, moving around the room so the sound reaches you from different sides. \n\n\n\nYou do not have to do anything. Most people drift between sleep and waking. Some see colours\, some cry\, some simply feel their shoulders drop for the first time in a while. \n\n\n\nBring a blanket and something comfortable to lie on if you have it. Mats\, cushions and eye pillows are available. Arrive ten minutes early so we can start quietly. \n\n\n\nRead what a sound bath with me is like.

SUMMARY:New Year Restore XL - Yin - Nidra - Sound Healing
DESCRIPTION:This is a long\, slow session: yin postures held for minutes at a time\, then a guided yoga nidra lying down\, then a sound bath to close. Nothing is strenuous. The aim is rest\, not exercise. \n\n\n\nI run these with a yoga teacher I trust\, so you are held by two people. Bring warm layers and socks. Blankets and bolsters are provided. \n\n\n\nIt suits anyone\, including people who have never done yoga. If you can lie down\, you can do this. \n\n\n\nMore about the restore sessions.
