SUMMARY:Heart Opening - 1 Day Retreat
DESCRIPTION:A one-day retreat is an afternoon in Amsterdam that works like a weekend away. We start slow with movement and breath\, drink cacao\, and move into a long sound bath. Later there is time for a ritual\, a massage or a sharing circle\, depending on the edition. \n\n\n\nYou need nothing except comfortable clothes and an empty afternoon. Tea\, snacks and a light meal are included. \n\n\n\nI run these a few times a year\, often around Valentine’s Day\, the solstices and the start of a new year. \n\n\n\nRead about the one-day retreats.
