SUMMARY:Shamanic Heart Activation with Sacred Fire
DESCRIPTION:This is a day-long ceremony with psilocybin truffles\, legal in the Netherlands\, held in a small group. I prepare everyone beforehand with a call\, and we start the day with intention setting and cacao before the truffles. \n\n\n\nWhile the medicine works I play live: bowls\, drum\, voice and gongs. There is space to lie down\, to move\, to cry and to laugh. I stay present the whole time\, together with an assistant for larger groups. \n\n\n\nWe close with a sharing circle and a warm meal. A week later we meet online to talk about what came up and how to bring it into daily life. The integration circles are open to anyone who has worked with psychedelics\, with me or elsewhere.

SUMMARY:Valentine's Cacao Ceremony with Sound Medicine
DESCRIPTION:A cacao ceremony is an afternoon or evening built around a cup of ceremonial cacao. We drink together\, set an intention\, and then I play: bowls\, drum\, voice and sometimes flute or guitar. \n\n\n\nCacao is gentle. It warms the chest and makes it easier to feel what is there. Many of these ceremonies fall on a full or new moon\, or on an equinox or solstice\, which gives the evening a theme. \n\n\n\nBring a cushion if you like to sit low\, and eat lightly beforehand. If you take antidepressants or have a heart condition\, let me know when booking and I will adjust the cacao. \n\n\n\nMore about my cacao ceremonies.

SUMMARY:Cacao Ceremony with Microdosing and Sound Medicine
DESCRIPTION:In a microdosing session you take a small dose of psilocybin truffles\, enough to soften the edges but not enough to lose the thread. We set an intention together\, then I play for about ninety minutes. \n\n\n\nPeople come for different reasons: creative blocks\, grief\, a decision they keep circling\, or simply to feel more. Most describe the evening as quiet and clear rather than intense. \n\n\n\nYou are welcome without the truffles too. Tell me when you book and I will keep a mat for you in the same room. \n\n\n\nMore about microdosing sessions with live music.
